POLICIES

REGISTRATION & TUITION

All students must be registered in order to participate (with the exception of trial and placement inquiries). Registrations and inquiries can be emailed to brooke.hnl@gmail.com

Tuition is due during the first week of every month. Payments can be made by credit card, check, cash, or the Venmo pay app. Please make all checks payable to Brooke Haskins / Lanikai Dance Co. All payments are non-refundable. A $20 late fee will incur if tuition is not paid by the 8th of the month. Tuition will not be pro-rated for any missed classes. Monthly rates are calculated on a annual basis and take into account holidays and scheduled breaks.

ATTIRE

Students must wear the appropriate dance wear to each class (see examples below). Hair must be pulled back and secured tightly in a bun or ponytail (secured headband for those with shorter hair).

Ballet girls: solid colored leotard or biketard, tights (optional for keiki pre-ballet), pink canvas ballet slippers.

Ballet boys: solid colored fitted shirt, solid colored athletic shorts, black or white canvas ballet slippers.

Tap: leotard, biketard, tank top, athletic shorts, leggings, or tights. Tap shoes required.

Acro dance: leotard, biketard, fitted tank top, leggings.

ATTENDANCE

Please notify the instructor if your child is going to be absent. We do not offer make-up classes. Tuition will not be pro-rated for any missed classes. Those wishing to discontinue must give two weeks notice.

HOLIDAYS

Summer break: July 1st - August 5th.

Thanksgiving day: all classes cancelled.

Christmas break: December 22nd - January 6th. Classes resume January 8th.
